1:1 Online Nutrition Therapy

Discovery call | free

Your journey begins with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine how I can best support you. Please note that this step is required before signing up for any appointments.

Initial Intake | $225

Your initial 75-minute appointment dives deep into your health history, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll explore factors like nutrition, stress, sleep, and more to create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs. This foundational session sets the stage for our work together and is required before scheduling follow-up appointments

Follow- up | $140

Follow-up sessions (45 minutes) provide ongoing support and accountability as you implement your plan. During these sessions, we’ll review your goals, track progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments. Tailored education and resources will be provided to support your unique needs. Appointments are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your goals and preferences, to ensure sustainable progress.

  • The number of sessions depends on your goals and needs. Most clients benefit from an initial comprehensive session followed by regular follow-ups to track progress and adjust the plan as needed. I highly recommend committing to at least 3 months of sessions to see adequate change, as lasting results take time. Some clients prefer a longer-term package for continuous support and guidance, ensuring they stay on track and make sustainable progress.

  • Anyone looking to improve their overall well-being, from managing chronic conditions like thyroid imbalances to enhancing sports performance or tackling body image struggles.

  • I am not currently contracted with insurance providers. However, I can provide a superbill after your sessions, which may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance company. I recommend checking with your insurer to confirm their reimbursement policies for out-of-network providers.

  • Currently, all of my sessions are virtual. This allows me to work with clients from the comfort of their own homes and gives you flexibility in scheduling. Whether you’re local or remote, I provide personalized care through secure online platforms, ensuring you receive the same high-quality support no matter where you are.

  • Payment is due at time of service

  • Yes, I accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for payment. Many clients use these accounts to pay for nutrition therapy services as part of their health-related expenses. Please check with your HSA or FSA provider for any specific requirements.
